The kitchen is fully equipped with:

• Pots & pans

• Baking dishes

• Mixing bowls

• Cutting boards

• Cooking utensils

• Measuring cups & spoons

• Wine glasses

• Children's dishes

An assortment of spices and basic cooking essentials is also provided.

🧊 Ice & Water

The refrigerator features:

• Filtered drinking water

• Cubed ice

• Crushed ice

Please use cubed ice whenever possible.

The crushed ice dispenser can occasionally freeze the chute, especially during warmer weather.

🔥 Glass Cooktop

Please help us keep it looking beautiful.

• Avoid allowing pots to boil over.

• Wipe the surface clean after cooking.

• Allow the cooktop to cool before cleaning.

• Avoid sliding heavy cookware across the glass surface.

🗑 Garbage Disposal

A garbage disposal is installed in the kitchen sink.

Please DO NOT put the following down the disposal:

• Potato peels

• Onion skins

• Celery

• Corn husks

• Coffee grounds

• Eggshells

• Pasta or rice

• Grease or cooking oil

• Bones

• Fruit pits

• Fibrous vegetables

When using the disposal:

1. Run cold water.

2. Turn on the disposal.

3. Let water run for several seconds after it's finished.

🍷 Before You Leave

If you've cooked during your stay, we'd greatly appreciate it if you would:

• Wash or start the dishwasher.

• Wipe countertops.

• Empty any food from the refrigerator.

• Leave the kitchen as you found it.
